Mia Gray is a Senior Lecturer in Geography at the University of Cambridge. She specialises in labour markets and social capital with a focus on issues of gender, ethnicity and class. Dr. Gray is an executive member of the University of Cambridge Centre for Gender Studies and co-editor of the Cambridge Journal of Regions, Economy and Society
